Keep access credentials secure. We may restrict abusive automated use while providing a review path.
Cancellation
A paid subscription is cancelled through the payment provider's customer portal, reachable from Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals according to the provider's subscription status; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. There is no in-app cancellation yet, and no cancellation-confirmation email is sent yet. The Starter Pass requires no card and creates no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and decides refunds under its own terms; Chase Fluent submits the request and reconciles the outcome. Duplicate charges, fraud and technical non-delivery always get a human response. No refund window is stated here because it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and this draft does not say refunds are unavailable.
